Createch evaluators compare how two apps present the same restaurant, park or hotel, then write the reason one serves a real person better. The judgment is the job. Most applications are reviewed within about a week.

Most people who do not make it through calibration are let go on the written reasons, not the scores. We would rather say that now than after you have applied.
What we ask
- Your legal name and address
- Date of birth, to confirm you are 18 or over
- Confirmation you are authorized to work in the US
- Your signature on two agreements
- Photos of your ID — deleted 30 days after a decision
What we never ask
- Your Social Security number
- Your bank or routing numbers
- A W-9 or any tax form
- Your citizenship status
How it works
Step 01
Apply
Five steps, on your phone. Your draft saves as you go.
Step 02
Under review
A coordinator checks your ID against your application.
Step 03
Approved
We email and text you the moment a decision lands.
Step 04
Gusto setup
Gusto invites you separately to add payment details.
Step 05
Training
Paid guideline training, then a scored calibration you must pass.
Step 06
Active
Once you pass, you can be assigned work.
Evaluations must be your own work. Using an AI system to produce, draft, translate or suggest any score or written reason is a breach of the agreement you sign, not a matter of style. QA samples output and checks for it.
Createch will never ask for your bank details or Social Security number by email or text. Payment information is collected only by Gusto, our payroll platform, through an invitation Gusto sends you directly. This portal never holds it.
